Coconut Dream Cake

It’s so creamy, coconutty, and fluffed out with toasted coconut it doesn’t make sense to simply call it our Coconut Cream Cake, because it’s like an honest to goodness Dream. MB’s yellow sponge cake soaked with creme de coconut and filled with pastry cream and coconut, covered with Italian meringue buttercream and doused with a dream cloud of even more toasted coconut.
