For everyone who asks if we have a “gluten-free” cake, this is the closest we can come. Since there is probably wheat flour in every square inch of the bakery, we would never be able to be certified as a gluten-free facility. That being said, this gorgeous chocolate flourless cake is something to behold. The cake is quite short and quite dense, and intensely chocolate. Our team covers the cake with a Belgian chocolate ganache and makes an impressive spiderweb design on top.

Chocolate flourless cake: bittersweet chocolate(sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanillin), butter, espresso powder, water, sugar, eggs, cocoa powder.
For chocolate decadence, add:

Chocolate ganache glaze: chocolate (sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanillin), cream, corn syrup.
White chocolate: sugar, hardened coconut fat, hardened palm kernel oil, skimmed milk powder, dextrose, whole milk powder, emulsifier (e322: soya lecithin), vanilla extract* Madagascar.
