Chili Mac-Over the Top Style
Prepare yourself!! It’s MB’s Chili w/ Beef, Black Beans, and Corn taken to the ultimate level- mixed with elbow macaroni to make it down-home casserole style. The only question is, how do you want to take yours over the top? Are you a double corn-corny style crusty cornbread topping person, or are you the person who says that there is no such thing as too much cheese?
Serves about 3.
Cheese Chili Mac;
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Remove lid & bake chili for approx. 45 minutes, rotating at half way point. Bake until cheese is as brown as you like it.
Cornbread Chili Mac;
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Remove lid & evenly pour cornbread mixture on top. Bake chili mac for approx. 55 minutes, rotating at half way point. Bake until cornbread is nice and brown.
